*Important Party Information and Rules

  • A $75.00 deposit^ is required for all parties (deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and due at the time of booking). However you can cancel your party up to one month prior with full refund or change the date once up to two weeks prior.
  • Please note only parties with completed bookings forms and deposits are guaranteed and are actual bookings with us**. Inquiries without deposits are not bookings.
  • All parties must be paid for in full the day of the party. No exceptions.
  • Please be aware “extra party room time” is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
  • ALL guests must wear socks in Play area. It may be worth noting this on your invitations. (Socks can be purchased at front desk if need be)
  • You may arrive anytime prior to your party. Please allow us time to get your room ready. If you arrive earlier than 15 min prior to your scheduled time you will not be allowed access to the party room until your allocated party slot begins.
  • As a courtesy to the next family/party please help your guests leave party room promptly at the end of your party.
  • Please note we DO NOT allow alcoholic beverages in the facility. We do not permit outside food/beverages within facility with the exception of Birthday cake or cupcakes. PLEASE NOTE: due to liability and codes we CAN NOT refrigerate it for you.
  • Please note 72 hours notice is required to add food to your party order. Please note 72 hours notice is also required to cancel any food orders with us. Failure to provide this notice will result in food being charged at full price.
  • Please note absolutely no addtional decorations may be attached to walls or furniture. This damage our facility and equipment.
  • We DO allow buquet of hellium ballons – but it needs to be with the weigh attached and free standing decorations.
  • Please refrain from using piñatas, confetti and silly string within the facility. A cleaning fee OF $150 will be applied if you use these.
  • Please note absolutely no face painting. This damage our soft play equipment.
  • Please refrain from using horns.
  • Balloons are firm decoration of Party Rooms and are not to be taken by your guests. We sell hellium balloons ($2 each ) – These can be taken home by your guests – must be pre-ordered.
  • Please note any anti-social, aggressive or dangerous behavior may result in you or your guests being asked to leave the facility with no monetary reimbursement
  • Please follow rules – otherwise You may be charged for any loss or damage of Ball Factory equipment or any excess cleaning that is required.

** If we will not receive required forms within required time and we will not be able to get in touch with you – your party will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
^ $150 deposit with Supreme Party or any party 30 kids and more.

Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. Prices at the time of booking will be honored.
